- Late I tried download driver on another Windows XP PC, downloading was successful. Still Sim Card Reader/Writer was still not work for there is no SIM Card Reader/Writer on this Vivitar device. I went back and forth checking on both Windows 7 and windows XP, there was no Sim Card Reader/Writer while there were 5 memory cards accessible.
- Windows Update has found no compatible drivers for the cable. I still have no idea why the card reader itself won't read the card when the camera does. The cable would at least allow me to get around the card reader. The only place that I seem to find ANY drivers is on a site called driversguide.com.
